Jeremy Lechterman
Creative Director
Jeremy (he/him) started F9 in 2013. After years on the road designing and operating his own shows, in 2016 his focus switched towards creative direction and design. Jeremy lives and plays in the mountains of Colorado with his wife and their fur babies.
Jackson Gallagher
Creative Producer
Jackson (he/him) spent several years at Color Kinetics before joining forces with Jeremy in 2016. Jackson’s video and media skills bring harmony and synergy to f9’s designs. He lives in Ohio with his young family, several fur babies, and lots of mac n cheese.
Michael Hankowsky
Technical Producer
Hank (he/him) joined F9 in 2021 after being a long-time friend and collaborator. A Swiss army knife of all things art and technological, Hank is an integral part of F9’s continued success. Hank lives on the road and recovers in Manhattan.
Pablo Beckett
Senior Art Director | Animator
Pablo (he/him) officially joined F9 in 2021 after serving as along time collaborator. As senior art director, Pablo leads the content division of the company and is a vital partner in all areas of design and graphics. Pablo lives in the UK with his young family and their dog.
Ally Munro
Art Director | Animator
Ally (she/her) joined F9 in 2021 to expand our content team, bringing over valuable experience in motion & graphic design. As an art director, Ally lends her design eye to multiple areas of the company, from video content direction to brand design. When she's not pushing pixels, you can find her bouldering, reading, or planning her next adventure.
Sydney Asselin
Designer | Programmer
Sydney (she/her) joined F9 in 2021 after completing her degree in lighting design. Having formerly worked in theatrical and architectural design, Sydney brings a broad range expertise and smiles to F9. When she has time off, she loves hiking around southern California. Sydney is based in LA.
Cora Keene
Assistant Animator
With a degree in Motion Media Design, Cora (she/they) joined the F9 team as an assistant animator in 2024. Cora's penchant for artistic versatility and collaboration makes her a valuable addition to the crew. When she's not making cool shapes move, you can find her illustrating, doodling, and songwriting.
Rob Kuhn
Project Manager
After years of being a technical director in the theatre world, Rob (he/him) joined F9 to help coordinate all of our moving parts and keep the show running smoothly. When not in front of a computer, Rob can be found boating or hiking with his wife, Lauren, and his dog, Frankie.
Alex Talbot
Designer | Programmer
Alex (he/him) joined F9 in 2024 after spending time designing and programming in the world of EDM and festival design. With a degree in lighting design and a passion for live music, Alex brings a range of design and technical expertise to the F9 design team. Originally from Massachusetts and now living in Los Angeles, Alex can be found hiking around Southern California, exploring National Parks with his fiancée Juliana, and shooting 35mm film in his free time.
Lily Castellanos
Senior Animator
With a passion for live events, Lily (she/her) joined the F9 animation team in 2023, bringing her talent and expertise in the field. She is currently based in Chile, enjoys learning new animation skills, is passionate about music, and loves spending time with her dog Tony.
